About The Position

This role involves the assembly of small orthodontic devices per specification using tools such as tweezers, magnification, and automated assembly machines. The position requires visual inspection of parts to ensure quality and may involve additional responsibilities to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic reading, math, and computer skills
  • Must be able to remain seated for 8-10 hours per day
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
  • Exceptional finger dexterity
  • Must be able to look at small parts for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing experience a plus
