Temp To Full-Time Light Assembly Associate Ready to join a clean, organized manufacturing environment where attention to detail and quality matter every day? LOCATION: Greater Portland, OR SALARY: $22.00 per hour SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, Temporary-to-Hire, Long-Term Opportunity

Requirements

  • Minimum previous assembly, production, warehouse, manufacturing, or clean room experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and production documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step processes accurately.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive work throughout the shift.
  • Reliable attendance and interest in a long-term opportunity.
  • Closed-toed shoes are required, and candidates must be comfortable following a casual but clean dress code.

Nice To Haves

  • Clean room experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble small to medium-sized components and subassemblies according to established procedures.
  • Follow written instructions, photo diagrams, lot codes, and production documentation.
  • Inspect parts and completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and contamination-conscious work area.
  • Perform repetitive assembly tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Follow all safety, cleanliness, and quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Communicate any quality concerns, material issues, or process questions to the appropriate team member.
