This role is responsible for preparing for operations by checking the production schedule, performing daily safety checks of the assigned forklift, and preparing and transporting raw food supplies. The position involves replenishing kitchen lines, picking and moving ingredients from the freezer, opening and processing frozen ingredients, and transporting materials to the dumper. Additionally, the role includes operating the dumper, stacking empty pallets, transporting unused raw materials, and charging forklift batteries. The employee must comply with all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, GMP, 5S requirements, and LOTO policies. The role also requires cleaning and securing equipment at the end of the shift and performing miscellaneous related duties.
