About The Position

Quality Staffing is currently seeking experienced Lift Truck Operators for a leading warehouse facility in Smyrna, Tennessee. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals with forklift experience who are ready to work in a fast-paced distribution environment. Candidates must have previous lift truck/forklift experience and be comfortable working at heights. If you are afraid of heights, this position may not be the right fit. Pay $17.75 - $21.00 per hour Based on experience Available Shifts 1st Shift 2nd Shift 3rd Shift

Requirements

• Previous lift truck or forklift operating experience required
• Must be comfortable working at heights and not afraid of heights
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely operate lift trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials
• Transport inventory throughout the warehouse and storage areas
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment
• Perform equipment inspections and report any safety concerns
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
