About The Position

The Lift Team Technician provides direct patient care, including lifting, turning, transferring, and repositioning patients who are appropriate for assistance. The role may also include teaching and training, limited clerical duties, and equipment maintenance.

Equipment that may be used to perform the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, includes sliding boards, gait belts, Hoyer or other lift devices, cardiac chairs, and patient hospital beds. The technician must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Able to work as a team member.
• Able to communicate effectively with patients.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Adult and pediatric American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card.
• Able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
