About The Position
Perform general and preventative maintenance and repair of lifts under the direction of the lift Maintenance Supervisor. This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Clean valid NYS Driver’s License
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical and/or electrical experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Has a positive, friendly attitude working around other staff & guests
- Embraces the concept of teamwork
Responsibilities
- Adhere to and comply with Bristol Mountain policies and procedures
- Adhere to and comply with all safety guidelines
- Safely operate vehicles – Work truck, snowmobiles, ATVs, etc.
- Use appropriate PPE as required.
- Work on and climb lift towers to the height of 50’
- Work with moving machinery
- Rigging
- Work with high pressure hydraulics
- Troubleshoot and work around low voltage
- Work with cleaning solvents, grease, and oils
- Safely work with shop tools including but not limited to: Hydraulic press, parts washer grinders, drill press, band saw and hand tools
- Stay on duty till work is done
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work space.
