About The Position
As a Lift Maintenance Mechanic at Windham Mountain Club, no two days are the same. You'll help maintain, inspect, and repair our lift systems, ensuring safe and reliable operations for both guests and team members. This hands-on role includes troubleshooting equipment, working outdoors, and participating in on-call and sometimes overnight work. If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and being part of what keeps the mountain running, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to stand, stoop, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly for an entire work shift.
- Must have mechanical and/or electrical aptitude, skills and experience.
- Must be comfortable working from heights.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, stooping, and squatting throughout a shift.

- Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude and experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assists with lift maintenance and repairs under supervision.
- Performs routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
- Uses tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Supports team projects and operational needs.
- Develops knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Learns industry standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Assists with specialized maintenance activities as assigned.
