About The Position

Lift attendants and Operators operate our lifts in a safe manner while providing knowledge of the resort to guests.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions (cold, snow, wind, rain).
• Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to stand outdoors for extended periods of time.
• Ability to assist guests physically during lift loading and unloading.
• Ability to shovel snow and clear ice around lift areas.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and lift equipment.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to loud noise and cold conditions.
• Ability to work long or irregular hours as needed.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and proper loading and unloading of guests on lifts.
• Assist guests with boarding and exiting lifts, providing guidance or physical support as needed.
• Manage lift lines to maintain orderly and efficient guest flow.
• Maintain loading and unloading ramps, including snow and ice removal.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of lift operations through on-the-job training.
• Provide guests with up-to-date information on mountain conditions and operating hours.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety for yourself, coworkers, and guests.
