About The Position

Lifetime Sports Academy Coordinator – Golf Instructors HOURS: M-F 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Do you enjoy teaching golf, inspiring kids, and creating fun, safe learning experiences? Are you patient, energetic, and ready to help children develop skills while having fun on the course?

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of structured golf coaching or instruction
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and ensure safety standards are maintained
• Valid Indiana Driver's License if City vehicle is used

Responsibilities

• Lead individual, small, and large group youth golf activities
• Teach structured lessons and provide coaching to develop skills
• Serve as a positive role model for children
• Register participants, maintain program records, and manage supplies/equipment
• Open and close facilities, operate range picker, and handle discipline as needed
