About The Position

Lifetime Sports Academy Coordinator – Tennis Instructors HOURS: M-F 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Do you love teaching tennis, inspiring kids, and creating fun, safe learning experiences? Are you energetic, patient, and ready to make a positive impact every day?

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of structured tennis coaching or instruction
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and ensure safety standards are maintained
• Valid Indiana Driver's License if City vehicle is used
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of applicable drug screening, physical examination, and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual, small, and large group youth tennis activities
• Teach structured lessons and provide coaching for skill development
• Serve as a positive role model and guide for children
• Register participants, maintain program records, and manage supplies/equipment
• Open and close facilities and handle discipline as needed
