About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Lifestyle Assistant to directly support our Founder. This role is a blend of personal and professional assistance, designed to ensure the Founder’s day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in managing schedules, communications, and logistics, with a keen awareness of the fashion and luxury industries. This individual will act as a trusted partner to the Founder, keeping them informed of key trends and events in their industry while also managing personal and professional tasks with efficiency and discretion.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or lifestyle manager, preferably within a luxury or fashion-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of and interest in the fashion and luxury industries, including key trends, brands, and events.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with precision.
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to maintain professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency with office software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.) and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technology.
  • A high degree of flexibility, reliability, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage changing priorities effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Comfortable with dogs, has a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Founder’s calendar, ensuring timely scheduling of meetings, travel, and personal commitments.
  • Handle communications on behalf of the Founder, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters and ensuring responses are timely and professional.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Provide concierge-style services, including managing personal errands and appointments as needed.
  • Keep track of important deadlines, events, and follow-up actions to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Organize and manage both personal and business-related documents and files, ensuring everything is readily accessible.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends, luxury brands, and key events in the industry, ensuring the Founder is informed of relevant news and opportunities.
  • Curate and recommend luxury experiences that align with the Founder’s preferences.
  • Monitor invitations to exclusive industry events (e.g., fashion shows, private launches, etc.), and keep the Founder informed of key happenings.
