About The Position

Clearwater Living is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant for Clearwater Newport Beach, a luxury senior living community in Newport Beach. The role supports the execution of programs and activities planned for residents. The Lifestyle Assistant is expected to provide outstanding customer service, show genuine care and concern for residents, and demonstrate Clearwater Living’s principles and core values. The listed pay rate is $22.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).

Requirements

Ability, licensure, and willingness to drive the community vehicle.
High school diploma or GED.
Background clearances as required by government regulations.
Must meet health requirements, including TB.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree, or a minimum of two years of work experience in the industry.
First Aid Certification.
Health or Fitness Certification.

Responsibilities

Attend and assist with planned activities and special events, including setup, teardown, and holiday or event decorating.
Help survey residents and make observations and recommendations to identify activities of interest.
Encourage residents to attend and participate in activities.
Help create flyers, calendars, and newsletters, and update social media websites as needed.
Assist with marketing events.
Work with volunteers, including scheduling, training, and organizing day-to-day assignments.
Assist with scheduling transportation or drive vehicles as needed.
Ensure regulatory compliance and immediately report issues or concerns.
Follow Clearwater Living standards and regulations to support safe and efficient community operations.
Maintain a positive, professional image and high personal appearance and grooming standards, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag while working.
Represent Clearwater Living’s principles and core values daily.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required.
