Responsible for ensuring the safety of the facility patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies. This role involves enforcing all aquatic facility policies, rules, and regulations, monitoring the use of aquatic facilities, and performing various duties such as answering phones, assisting with special events, and maintaining sanitary and safety standards in and around aquatic facilities. The position also requires responding to public inquiries, maintaining records for aquatic programs, assisting in pool maintenance, and conducting water sample tests. Attending staff meetings and trainings, adhering to the assigned work schedule, and implementing the CORE mission and philosophy are also key aspects of the role. Immediate reporting of suspicious or inappropriate behaviors or abuse is mandatory. Employees may also serve on various employee committees as required and assigned.
