About The Position

We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Lifeguards to join the Equinox team in our state-of-the-art facility at Equinox Chestnut Hill. This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

Requirements

• Must possess valid CPR and lifeguard certifications.
• Previous experience with pool maintenance and upkeep in relation to chemical tests and water cleanliness.
• Candidates must be loyal, dedicated, reliable, punctual, accountable, and possess a friendly attitude, excellent customer service skills and commitment to get the job done in a professional manner.
• Must have a legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of members and guests in and around the pool area.
• Monitor pool activities and enforce all rules and regulations.
• Perform routine pool maintenance, including chemical testing and ensuring water cleanliness.
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate first aid or CPR as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
