About The Position
The Powhatan Family YMCA is seeking part-time enthusiastic community members to help save lives and ensure the safety of patrons at our pool. We are looking for certified lifeguards or swimmers who are interested in becoming lifeguards. Requirements
- At least 15 years old
- Current CPR certification
- Current AED certification
- Current First Aid certification
- Current American Red Cross or Ellis Lifeguard certification
- Basic swim requirements (if not already certified)
Nice To Haves
- Oxygen Administration (O2) certification
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safety of the members and program participants.
