About The Position

Euvori Aquatics is a lifeguard management service based in Scottsdale, Arizona, that creates, implements, and manages lifeguard programs for various swimming pool owners across the state, including resorts, country clubs, and homeowners associations. This Lifeguard position in Patagonia, AZ, requires basic swimming ability, but no prior lifeguard experience is necessary as all training and certifications are provided by Euvori. The role involves actively monitoring the pool area to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, scanning for signs of distress, and performing proactive interventions such as notifying swimmers of rules and assisting struggling swimmers. Lifeguards are also responsible for enforcing pool rules, responding to emergencies, and providing excellent guest service. The position offers a starting pay of $17.00 with quarterly pay raises and flexible part-time shifts, typically 3-8 hours long. Employees have the flexibility to pick up shifts or transfer to other locations for year-round work opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Spend the majority of time scanning the water to search for signs of distress and drowning
  • Perform proactive interventions, which include notifying swimmers of pool rules, jumping in to assist struggling swimmers, and so on
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all pool guests by actively monitoring the pool area
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
  • Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur
  • Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and assisting with any concerns
