We focus on building confident, lifelong swimmers through a proven, confidence-building curriculum. We are a family-oriented facility that believes in making a difference in our community one splash at a time. Safety Standards The safety of our swimmers and team is our #1 priority. We follow all CDC and local health guidelines, including: Continuous Airflow: State-of-the-art ventilation systems for fresh air circulation. Water Quality: Rigorous chlorine disinfection to ensure a safe environment. Sanitization: Dedicated on-staff cleaners for high-touch lobby and pool areas.
Requirements
- Must enjoy working with children (ages 4 months to 12 years).
- Excellent verbal skills to interact with parents and team members.
- A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
- Must pass background examinations prior to starting.
- High-energy personality that fits our "one-of-a-kind" culture.
- Certification Requirement : We accept American Red Cross, Jeff Ellis & Associates, and YMCA. If you are not currently certified, we will certify you during our next lifeguard class in May 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide active lifeguard supervision to keep all swimmers safe.
- Provide first aid and CPR as necessary (training provided).
- Maintain a high-energy, positive atmosphere for children and parents.
- Ensure the pool area remains clean and organized during shifts.
