About The Position
We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Lifeguards. As a Lifeguard at our Country Club, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and guests who utilize our pool facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining a vigilant watch over the pool area, enforcing safety regulations, and responding promptly to any emergencies or incidents.
Requirements
- Strong swimming skills and proficiency in water rescue techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a lifeguard preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor pool activities to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of swimmers.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to members and guests.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, including administering first aid and CPR as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the pool area clean and organized.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns.
