About The Position
The Alliance Family YMCA is seeking qualified Lifeguards, specifically for the OPENER shift. The lifeguard will be responsible for overseeing the safety of all swimmers and individuals in the aquatic area, attending mandatory in-service trainings, maintaining a positive attitude, being a team player, and remaining rescue-ready at all times during their shift.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of age
- Current YMCA or Red Cross Lifeguarding
- Current BLS (CPR) and First Aid
Nice To Haves
- Willingness to be trained if not currently certified
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the safety of all swimmers and people in the aquatic area
