RecSports is seeking certified, dependable, and safety-focused Non-Student Summer Lifeguards to support aquatics operations during peak summer months. Summer lifeguards play a critical role in maintaining a safe and welcoming aquatic environment for the University of Tennessee community and guests. As a Summer Lifeguard, you’ll be responsible for monitoring pool activity, enforcing safety protocols, and responding quickly and confidently in emergency situations.
