About The Position

This is a full-time Lifeguard position at Bally's Bet. The role involves ensuring guest safety around the pool area, performing opening and closing duties, participating in safety programs, and being prepared to administer rescues and first aid if necessary. The job description may be updated with new responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

Knowledge of the pool facility such as length and depth of all pools.
Ability to assist with opening and closing procedures.
Willingness to participate in pool safety programs, training and documentation.
Ability to perform rescues, CPR, mouth to mouth, or administer first aid when necessary.

Responsibilities

Display knowledge of the pool facility such as length and depth of all pools.
Assist with the opening and closing of the pool area, including straightening and stacking chairs, collecting dirty towels and trash, moving chairs, boxing towels, cleaning signs, etc.
Participate in pool safety programs, training and documentation to ensure the overall safety of the guests.
When necessary, may be required to rescue a guest from drowning, perform CPR, mouth to mouth or administer first aid.
Other related duties assigned.
