About The Position
The Shady Grove Family YMCA is seeking a part-time, enthusiastic community member to help ensure the safety of patrons at our pool. We are looking for certified lifeguards or swimmers interested in becoming lifeguards. The YMCA of Greater Richmond is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is a cause-driven organization focused on strengthening the community through its core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
Requirements
- Certified lifeguard or swimmer interested in becoming a lifeguard.
- Morning and daytime availability between 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safety of members and program participants.
