About The Position

Cherry Hills Country Club is currently seeking qualified candidates for part-time seasonal Lifeguards to help with the later part of the season. This position is for the months of August and September and will be primarily evenings and weekends. Lifeguards work in an upscale Club pool environment providing excellent service to the members while maintaining a safe aquatics environment.

Requirements

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Successful applicants must possess the ability to meet and pass all American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification Standards.
Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
Applicants must be able to work in a fast paced-upscale environment and always have an engaging personality.
Must be flexible with hours, a changing schedule, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Providing members and guests with a fun aquatics experience.
Supervise members and their guests at the pool and deck areas ensuring the highest standards of safety are maintained.
Maintain a clean aquatics experience including but not limited to locker rooms, pool deck, furniture, and trash receptacles.
Support the whole operation including but not limited to the Poolside Café and events.
Ensure the safety of all facility patrons, both in and out of the water, by preventing and responding to all emergencies in the pool and vicinity.
