Under the direction of the Waterfront Director, the Camp Lifeguard carries the primary responsibility for the safety and well-being of all people in the waterfront area. The Camp Lifeguard enforces all waterfront rules and regulations and uses good judgment and experience to prevent accidents. If an incident or accident occurs, the Camp Lifeguard will act within YMCA of Montclair Camp at the Lake procedures in aiding the individual(s).
