About The Position
Lifeguards spend the majority of their time scanning the water to search for signs of distress and drowning. We perform quite a few proactive interventions throughout the year, which include notifying swimmers of pool rules, jumping in to assist struggling swimmers, and so on. Ensure the safety and well-being of all pool guests by actively monitoring the pool area. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur. Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and assisting with any concerns. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
