About The Position

The Lifeguard Pool Operator will provide great customer service while checking guests into the pool area and ensuring the pool area rules are adhered to as well as providing pool monitoring and life-saving activities when needed. This is a seasonal full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events.

Requirements

• CPR Certified with an active certification
• Registered per state or local municipality if required
• Ability to fluently read and write English
• Handle high stress situations effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Administrative and organizational skills
• Customer service orientation

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in a service industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing superior customer service
• Monitor all guests while in and out of the pool and provide life-saving protocol if needed
• Check in guests at the pool and verify they are a current resident
• Disinfect furniture after each use
• Ensure pool guests are following all pool rules
• Clerical and phone support
• Demonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues and matters to community leadership
• Additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership
