Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Systems, Industrial, or a related technical discipline).
  • Experience with Creo or other CAD modeling software
  • Experience using Visio
  • Experience using Power BI
  • Coursework related to relational databases or matrix databases
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with defense logistics, maintenance and supportability frameworks, such as Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Product Support principles, DoD/DFAR regulations or MIL-STD/MIL-PRF requirements.
  • Prior internship or academic project experience related to military hardware, radar or aerospace systems, or complex equipment sustainment or maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior engineers in planning and conducting fundamental analyses, research and investigations.
  • Review, update, and organize technical data elements, which may include system provisioning lists, logistics product data, technical manuals, and training materials, ensuring strict adherence to military standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track hardware components through factory production or repair pipelines and help analyze spare parts requirements to ensure continuous operational readiness.
  • Assist in compiling, verifying, and entering engineering design change information or failure analysis data into lifecycle management databases to ensure accurate tracking of hardware configurations and logistics impacts.
