About The Position

This role focuses on identifying opportunities to leverage machine learning or AI to automate repetitive manual tasks into digital tools. The co-op will collaborate with pricing and parts teams to streamline processes, use data and analytics to improve data quality, and develop tools for estimating service and parts opportunities. Responsibilities include analyzing complex datasets, taking ownership of projects from idea to launch, collecting feedback, developing project management strategies, creating and automating test plans, and documenting development work. Key focus areas include lead time support, annual price increase automation, and tools for Shutdown, Turnaround, and Outage (STO) maintenance events.

Requirements

Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to contribute in a team environment

Nice To Haves

Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
Junior or Senior Standing
Java and Microsoft Windows programming skills

Document development work and provide roadmap for future initiatives
