Atlassian is looking for a marketing professional to join our team as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help drive end-to-end campaigns and increase demand and usage for Jira, Confluence. This is a unique role focused in two areas: building and executing Flywheel to Enterprise expansion and product adoption campaigns all while working alongside growth, sales, product marketing, and other internal teams. If you get excited about driving product usage and revenue through product and seat expansion, by optimizing customer journeys and partnering with teams across Atlassian, you'll love it here. We are looking for a marketer who thinks outside of the box with a creative slant and creates delightful customer experiences and campaigns to reach our target audiences. You thrive in funnel analytics and understand how to drive usage and create pipeline via marketing programs and channels. You love the science of marketing as much as the art and enjoy building, implementing and measuring new systems, processes and campaigns. Serious collaboration is the key to success for this role. You’ll be working cross functionally with product marketing, analytics, sales, design, web and corporate marketing team. We run our organization like an agile team. The top priority items are easily identifiable and everyone on the team rallies around those deliverables, and each other, on a regular basis.
