Travelpro is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that attract, engage, convert, and retain customers throughout their entire journey with a brand, from initial acquisition to post-purchase loyalty in our semidurable product category (luggage). This role involves maximizing customer engagement, satisfaction, and lifetime value (CLV). Because customers may not buy frequently, the focus will be on building strong, long-term brand engagement through value-added content, post-purchase support, accessories, and community-driven loyalty. This role requires deep expertise in data-driven marketing, customer segmentation, and creative storytelling to keep our brand top-of-mind for those infrequent but critical repurchase or upgrade moments.
