About The Position

At Inno Supps, we're one of the fastest-growing DTC supplement brands in the world, and we're looking for someone who can turn emails into experiences and customers into loyal fans. You'll own the customer journey post-purchase, building high-performing email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and LTV. From crafting killer flows and promos to A/B testing subject lines and optimizing automations, you'll make every send count.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in email or retention marketing (Klaviyo experience = big plus).
  • Strong mix of creative copy instincts + data-driven strategy.
  • A love for health, fitness, and helping people perform at their best.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize automated email + SMS flows that increase repeat purchases.
  • Create and manage campaign calendars aligned with launches and promos.
  • Segment audiences and personalize content to boost engagement.
  • Analyze performance, A/B test ideas, and keep pushing results higher.
