Seeking.com is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing & CRM Manager to own member communications end-to-end as a hands-on operator. This role involves managing lifecycle communications across various channels including email, push, SMS, in-app messages, web push, and on-site modals. The position requires a blend of strategy, automation, copy, data, and execution, with the expectation that the individual will build, ship, and iterate on these programs. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, automation, copy, data, and execution, and the successful candidate will be responsible for writing briefs, building flows, shipping modals, analyzing results, and rewriting briefs. This is a hands-on role for a builder who can directly manage the marketing automation platform and related tools, rather than delegating the execution to others. The primary goal of this role is to improve the quality and intelligence of member communications across the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to win-back, to drive engagement and retention on the Seeking.com platform.
