About The Position

We’re looking for a passionate Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and is excited to elevate the Glowbar experience through thoughtful, data-driven customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, extremely detail-oriented, and creative. In this role, you’ll own the execution of Glowbar’s email and SMS channels, Loyalty Program, and broader lifecycle strategy, driving appointment bookings and increasing member lifetime value through segmentation, automation, and reporting. You’ll also bring a creative eye, independently building campaigns using tools like Figma or similar platforms. As the Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, you'll report directly to the Director of Marketing and work closely with our Lifecycle Advisor to bring strategic initiatives to life, partnering cross-functionally to deliver consistent, high-impact communications. HQ Role: Based in NYC with 5 days a week in-office expectations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to pivot quickly and prioritize effectively
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills
  • Clear, proactive communicator
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email/SMS platform

Responsibilities

  • Execute against Glowbar’s Email and SMS strategy by implementing high-impact initiatives across the client lifecycle that drive bookings and improve member retention.
  • Partner with the marketing team and other cross-functional departments to build a thoughtful calendar across email and SMS (inclusive of promotions) that helps us hit business goals.
  • Copy: Craft concise and compelling copy in Glowbar’s brand voice to support business goals.
  • Design: Leverage your design sensibilities and strong POV on effective email creative to build visuals in Klaviyo, Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar platforms.
  • Develop and maintain customer segments to support campaign and automation strategy in partnership with the Director of Marketing.
  • Email automation is the backbone of Glowbar's marketing program. You'll own maintenance of existing automation flows, propose optimization ideas, and execute testing plans.
  • Analyze email and SMS performance metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B tests and share learnings regularly to improve performance and drive bookings.
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to troubleshoot integration challenges with Klaviyo and problem-solve when challenges arise.
