At Sport Clips, we're passionate about creating championship experiences for our Clients. We're looking for a Specialist, Lifecycle & Loyalty Marketing to help strengthen customer relationships, increase retention, and drive loyalty through personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll help execute and optimize customer lifecycle strategies across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and loyalty initiatives. You'll work closely with Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Creative teams to deliver timely, relevant communications that drive engagement, repeat visits, and long-term customer value. You'll have the opportunity to influence the customer journey through Sport Clips' loyalty and customer engagement programs, helping shape how millions of client interactions connect with our brand each year. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining data, technology, and creativity to improve the customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, curious, detail-oriented, and experienced with CRM and customer engagement platforms, particularly Braze. To be successful in this role, candidates must have a minimum of two years of hands-on Braze experience building and executing campaigns across multiple channels.
