As a Lifecycle/CRM Manager, you will be the architect of the customer journey, turning homeowners into lifelong clean energy advocates. You will lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel lifecycle programs (Email, SMS, Push, and Direct Mail) designed to drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who views complex problems as opportunities to say "Yes, and." You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Operations to ensure our messaging is not just automated, but human-centered and helpful.
