About The Position

Apogee is seeking a Lifecycle Acquisition Analyst - Senior to support the Source Mission Controls and Analytics Branch at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The position leads the contractor team's work developing and implementing comprehensive acquisition strategies for complex government programs. It provides expertise to government Program Managers and coordinates technical, financial, and contracting support activities to ensure they are fully integrated.

This is a full-time, on-site position at a government facility in Fort Belvoir, VA, contingent upon contract award. Travel is 10%.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship.
• TS-SCI clearance and a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph completed within the last five years or within 90 days of hire.
• Certification as a Program/Project Management Professional, DAWIA certification in PM (Advanced) or E&TM (Practitioner), or certification as a Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SA).
• Master's degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, or an engineering-related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with a master's degree, compliant with GSA standards.
• At least 8 years of demonstrated experience providing acquisition management support, focused on strategic planning for complex government programs.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Agile software development programs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with task management tools used by NGA, the Intelligence Community, or similar organizations.
• Master's degree or higher.
• Certification as a Program/Project Management Professional, DAWIA certification in PM or E&TM, or certification as a Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SA).

Responsibilities

• May lead the contractor team in formulating comprehensive acquisition strategies.
• Draft Statements of Work (SOWs), acquisition plans, and innovative source selection approaches for government consideration.
• Develop and present in-depth analyses and recommendations on cost-benefit trade-offs, technology insertions, and program execution strategies to senior government leadership.
• Support the Source Agreements Manager with MOU/MOA reviews and with tasking, adjudicating, and processing Source 7600 agreements.
