Conducts community life support training programs on an "as needed" basis. Facilitates the delivery of American Heart Association (AHA) life support education programs, adhering to all AHA guidelines. Ensures accurate record control and maintains appropriate credentialing for the educational role. Uses feedback from program evaluation mechanisms to improve performance and fulfills annual minimum scheduling requirements. Provides coaching, feedback, and mentorship to class participants, and completes and submits course records and rosters accurately and on time. Retains/transfers documents per Training Center procedures and PAM recordkeeping requirements. Takes responsibility for the cleanliness and appearance of education facilities and properly maintains department equipment. Maintains open communication with the Training Center Coordinator and appointed Training Center Faculty. Provides outstanding service to all customers, fosters teamwork, and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.
