Requirements
- QMHP or QMHP-Trainee with the Board of Counseling
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Driver’s license with 1+ years of driving experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, in-home and community-based mental health skill-building services to adults with serious mental illness.
- Focus on enhancing daily living, social, and coping skills to help clients achieve and maintain independence in the community.
- Work with clients individually, tailoring interventions to meet their needs and service goals outlined in treatment plans.
- Provide psychoeducation to empower clients and support their personal goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation using our streamlined tools.
