About The Position

As a Life Skills Coach, you will help youth and young adults build the practical skills, confidence, and community connections needed to achieve their goals and thrive independently. Working alongside clinicians in our Community-Based Services, you will provide individualized coaching, facilitate meaningful community experiences, and connect young people with education, employment, housing, wellness, and social opportunities. Our collaborative, strengths-based culture values your expertise, honors your lived experience, and actively supports your professional growth.
