Life Sciences Transactions - Associate
About The Position
Sidley Austin is seeking associates to join the Technology & Life Sciences practice. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a large law firm environment, including experience in life sciences partnering, collaboration, and licensing agreements, cross-border; life sciences commercial agreements, e.g., supply and manufacturing agreements, master services agreements, research agreements, clinical trial agreements; and IP transaction support for M&A, royalty monetization, and capital markets. Candidates must be admitted or eligible to seek prompt admission to the California bar. Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. The target salary range for this role is below. Our compensation package also includes bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits program. Benefits information can be found here.
