This helps clients better capture, manage, integrate, and analyze complex scientific data, ultimately improving product discovery and manufacturing, quality, compliance, time to market, and operational efficiency. Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Proven experience working with product and tools vendors, including supporting implementation, enhancements, and platform upgrades.
  • Working knowledge of GxP-regulated environments, including understanding of IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification) processes across infrastructure, security, and compliance domains.
  • Familiarity with laboratory systems such as Empower and OpenLab, including their role within GxP-compliant environments.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure supporting laboratory applications, with awareness of GxP implications, risk considerations, and system criticality.
  • Ability to assess and manage GxP impact for applications, including identifying and supporting critical systems (e.g., Empower and OpenLab).
  • Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless operations in Research Park - Melville, across 8 laboratories and the pilot plant.
  • Act as the application owner for over 50 single-instance apps linked to R&D equipment in Melville.
  • Collaborate with Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to ensure R&D-specific local infrastructure (over 200 lab workstations and several on-prem servers) is operational and GxP compliant.
  • Work with Data and Analytics teams to ensure data produced by R&D equipment is properly captured, stored, curated, and auditable.
  • Interact substantially with all R&D lab heads and on-prem scientists, troubleshooting daily and liaising with numerous vendors/owners of R&D lab apps.
