A key focus area is modernizing how sales organizations operate, learn, and perform—combining strategy, operations, and digital enablement. Our work spans: Aligning commercial strategy with field execution, Modernizing sales operations and performance management, Designing learning, training, and capability-building programs, Embedding data, AI, and digital tools into sales workflows, Enabling consistent, scalable field execution across global teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in MedTech/Life Sciences or consulting with a commercial focus
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales operations, training, or enablement
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of MedTech sales processes and GTM models
  • Experience supporting training and enablement initiatives
  • Exposure to omnichannel or AI-enabled sales enablement tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead global teams delivering sales operations and commercial enablement consulting programs
  • Own delivery across commercial model design, governance, learning/training, and technology deployment
  • Support proactive business development and identify commercial enablement opportunities
  • Develop commercial enablement and training capability assets, POVs, and whitepapers quarterly
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Bring MedTech expertise into commercial operations and enablement engagements
  • Develop next-generation MedTech commercial practitioners
  • Support capability building and community development
