We’re hiring an Entry-Level Life Insurance Trainee with a clear path to becoming a licensed agent —we’ll even pay for your 2-15 license (and increase your base pay!). You will gather info and transfer qualifying candidates to licensed agents, working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll receive paid training, mentorship, and support every step of the way.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No experience required
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Motivated and goal-oriented
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Basic computer literacy
- Team-oriented but self-motivated
- A great communicator
