The Auto Club Group is seeking a Field Life Agent who will customarily and regularly be engaged in outside sales activities away from their assigned AAA branch. You will be challenged to drive new business with competitive products and help retain The Auto Club Groups 14+ million members. This role involves soliciting and selling Life & Health insurance and Annuity products under minimal supervision primarily within an ACG branch location. The agent will need a thorough knowledge of various product features and marketing and sales techniques to achieve established sales goals. Developing leads and prospects for new accounts through various marketing activities (outbound/inbound phone calls, mailings, referrals, networking, website, seminars, etc.) is crucial. The role also includes preparing proposals, closing sales of Life, Health, Annuity, Membership, and Financial Services products, and completing appropriate applications and forms. Collaboration with others in the Branch to reach business goals, maximize leads, sales opportunities, and cross-sell opportunities is expected. Assisting Underwriting and Brokerage Departments in satisfying requirements and responding to customer inquiries and problems while ensuring sound sales practices are used are key responsibilities. The agent will also prepare reports documenting prospecting and sales activities and maintain specified production standards and persistency levels for all required products.
