About The Position

The Delaney Agency is hiring remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives to help families who have requested assistance with life insurance-backed products. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Agents typically help 3–5 families per week and earn an average of $300–$500 per family served. The agency provides a data-driven lead system connecting agents with families actively seeking help, so agents can focus on service rather than prospecting. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. Candidates without a current life or health insurance license may receive resources and guidance to obtain one in as little as 7–10 days.

This fully online, work-from-home opportunity is suited to disciplined, accountable, and coachable people who can work independently in a performance-based environment. Flexible training and scheduling, mentorship, and leadership support are provided. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events.

Requirements
