About The Position

The Delaney Agency is hiring remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives to help families who have requested assistance with life insurance-backed products. This is a fully online, 100% commission-based role for disciplined, coachable individuals comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment. Agents typically help 3–5 families per week and earn an average of $300–$500 per family served. Earnings are uncapped. The agency provides a lead-generation system so agents can focus on serving families rather than prospecting. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. A life insurance license is required, but candidates without one may receive resources and guidance to obtain it in as little as 7–10 days. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events.

Requirements
