Life Insurance Sales Agent - Work From Home
About The Position
The Delaney Agency is hiring remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives to help families who have requested assistance with life insurance-backed products. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Agents typically help 3–5 families per week and earn an average of $300–$500 per family served. The agency provides data-driven systems and warm, inbound leads so agents can focus on serving clients rather than prospecting. Agents contact leads to schedule appointments, help families review coverage options and apply for protection, and support applications through underwriting until coverage is in place. The role is fully online and allows work from anywhere, with flexible training and scheduling. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. Candidates who do not have a life or health insurance license can receive resources and guidance to obtain one, potentially in 7–10 days.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must have a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one; resources and guidance are available to help applicants obtain a life/health insurance license.
- Must have a computer and phone to service clients.
- Must have reliable internet access.
- Must be comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment.
- Should be disciplined, accountable, honest, and confident in communication.
- Should be passionate about helping families make sound financial decisions.
