Life Insurance Sales Agent - Work From Home
About The Position
The Delaney Agency is seeking remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives to help families who have requested assistance with life insurance-backed products. This is a 100% commission-based, uncapped-earning role suited to coachable, disciplined individuals who are comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment. Agents typically help 3–5 families per week and earn an average of $300–$500 per family served. The agency provides warm inbound leads, a data-driven lead system, mentorship, and guidance for obtaining a life/health insurance license, which may be obtained in as little as 7–10 days. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must hold a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must have a computer and phone to service clients.
- Must have reliable internet access.
- Must be comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment.
- Should be disciplined and accountable, honest and confident in communication, and passionate about helping families make sound financial decisions.
