Entry-Level Life Insurance Agent (Remote)
About The Position
We are looking for individuals willing to learn and grow within our structured training program. Many of our successful agents began with no prior insurance background, demonstrating coachability, consistency, and a commitment to following our established system. This role involves working with warm leads from individuals who have already expressed interest in life insurance coverage. All interactions occur via phone or Zoom. Your primary responsibility will be to understand a family's needs and help them select appropriate coverage from our network of over 60 carrier partners.
Requirements
- U.S. residency
- Ability to pass a background check
- Possession of a Life & Health insurance license, or a willingness to obtain one (guidance provided for licensing)
- Coachability
- Comfortable talking to people daily
- Willingness to follow the established system
Nice To Haves
- Prior sales experience
- Prior insurance background
Responsibilities
- Work with inbound leads from individuals requesting life insurance information.
- Conduct client conversations over the phone or via Zoom.
- Understand client situations to recommend suitable life insurance coverage.
