About The Position
We are hiring ONLY currently licensed life insurance agents in the State of Texas for a team-based, in-person presentation model in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Applicants MUST hold an ACTIVE Texas Life Insurance License. Unlicensed candidates will not be considered. This role involves working side-by-side with the Regional Manager, collaborating with other licensed agents, conducting short, structured presentations to qualified individuals in pre-arranged, professional settings, following up one-on-one with interested participants, and helping clients select appropriate life insurance solutions. This is not cold calling, door knocking, or solo selling.
Requirements
- Currently licensed Texas life insurance agents ONLY
- Must be currently licensed to sell life insurance in Texas
- License must be active and in good standing
- Agents located in or near Dallas–Fort Worth
- Comfortable speaking to small groups
- Team-oriented and professional
- Reliable, coachable, and consistent
Responsibilities
- Working side-by-side with the Regional Manager for the Dallas–Fort Worth, TX area
